When the piston in the piston rod has cracks, it should be scrapped directly normally. The cylindrical surface of the normal piston will be limited by the friction of the piston ring, so it does not need to be repaired, but if the piston When the piston in the rod is worn, or the piston ring groove and barrel of the piston rod are worn, it needs to be repaired in time.
If the piston of the piston rod has scratches or abrasions, you can first use a file to file off the nodules and abrasions, and use an oil stone to smooth the surface.
Before repairing the piston rod, first correct its curvature, and make sure that the corrected piston rod is on the centerline and that the thread centerline of the piston rod is coaxial. After the correction, it needs to be inspected by magnetic particle inspection. If there are no defects such as cracks, then it can be used continuously.
Under normal circumstances, if the piston rod has slight scratches or scratches, it can be repaired directly with a file. If the piston rod does not have any bending phenomenon, it can be directly ground with imported bearings.
